On another note, I'm currently reading IT by my favorite author Stephen King. At over 1000 pages, I've been reading this one since September and am finally at the last 200 pages or so. This book is the reason I've been hesitant to go into my basement when I'm home alone :P
Enjoy your day :) What are you crocheting? Reading?

I like your wristlets. I read It when I was a kid and it scared the crap out of me. Watched the movie for the second time Holloween before last and it creeps me out. Love Stephen King books. At the moment I'm not really reading anything. I want to get some new books for my Kindle but, I want to get a download of the Bible first so I can take it to church. Happy New Year!!
I love those cuffs, I'm making ruffly lace gloves at the moment :)
What a great way to add a Victorian flare to any outfit!
Well I will tell you that I finished the afghan in time for Christmas and my son really Loved it! I was so relieved!!! Anyhoo, I've been busy rearranging rooms in my house Naida. I have to give my hands a break for awhile. But I know you'll keep on crocheting for the both of us!! Beautiful wristlets, very feminine!!
I saw the movie "It". I enjoyed it. My husband is the big Stephen King fan, he has all of his books!
Love Di ♥
Very cute.
You asked what people are reading. Well...I was "lucky" enough to get a Kobo Vox e-reader for Xmas. Sadly the speaker doesn't work. Getting Kobo to respond has been a challenge. Maybe I need to stick to printed books. Current read - Still Alice by Lisa Genova.
The wristlets are super cute. I like the pink ones a lot.
As part of my New Year I am trying to read more. Normally I read only nonfiction (weather books - because I'm a professed weather geek, biographies, political science). But I went outside the norm and picked up "20,000 Leagues Under the Sea". I read it years ago but so long ago I have forgotten some of it. So far I've been reading every night before bed. It's not easy for me because I love to crochet and never seem to have enough time for that, but I decided I needed to read so the crochet had to give.
ruffles look great on pretty much anything.
thank you all for your nice comments. *yay* Diana on finishing the afghan! way to go! Your hubby has good taste in books.
red, I know what you mean...to read or to crochet...decisions, decisions :P
Jackie, I heard Still Alice was good.
fofo, I have the bible downloaded on my iTouch, and its so convenient!
